Brújula Trading is an independent editorial site that documents how IQ Option works for someone living in Mexico. We are not IQ Option, we are not part of the company and we do not manage anyone's account or deposits.
Who writes here
The newsroom is led by Mariana Escalante Ordóñez, editor of digital finance and trading, who is responsible for the editorial line, for the verifications and for the corrections published on this site.
How we work
Our method is documentary, not experimental. Every verifiable fact in this guide is checked against the operator's public documentation (official licence, terms and download pages) and against the information published by the regulators mentioned. When a fact does not appear in an official source, we say so plainly and ask you to confirm it on the operator's own site before making a decision.
- We do not claim to have opened accounts, deposited money or timed withdrawals: we do not publish hands-on tests that never happened.
- We do not invent figures. If a fee or a timeframe is not published, we write a range or say that it has to be checked on the platform.
- We distinguish between the operator's entities: the European licence does not cover a Mexican client, and we point that out every time it is relevant.
- A broker's conditions change. Figures carry a verification date and we review the pages periodically.
What we are not
We do not give financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing we publish is a personalised investment recommendation. Trading CFDs and options carries a high risk of losing the capital you invest, and that warning does not change no matter how well a guide is written.
